Begin by making a salad of tender greens with tangy, warm goat cheese mixed with sweet plum jam and walnuts. Chef Diana is such a pleasure to work with! She was so patient & shares interesting facts about Japanese cuisine with us. She was very neat & organized & made us feel as if we were cooking in our own kitchen. We will definitely cook with her again!
