Explore the ancient and beautiful food traditions of Japan with Chef Diana in this hands-on cooking class. With a focus on the interaction between colors, shapes and flavors, you'll see that Japanese cuisine is as beautiful as it is delicious as you journey through this four-course menu. You'll begin by learning how to make miso soup and a spinach salad with radishes, tofu and sesame dressing. Chef Diana will also teach you how to make crispy shrimp tempura from scratch. You'll then have the opportunity to make yakitori, a popular dish of grilled chicken and vegetable skewers. Sweet bean paste mochi rounds out and ends your Japanese journey.
