Join Chef Telah in this hands-on cooking class to create classic Mexican meals with a vegan spin.
Across four courses, you'll explore exciting Mexican meals made with meat-free and dairy-free ingredients. Recreate restaurant classics with a healthier twist, like organic vegan nachos with homemade cashew cheese, refreshing romaine salad with tangy lime-cilantro vinaigrette and savory vegan enchilada pie with sweet potatoes or an option to add chicken. For dessert, indulge in a rich vegan Mexican chocolate mousse with avocado, dates, cacao powder, cinnamon, sea salt and coconut sugar.

Chef Telah was fun and informative! Her class kept me intrigued and entertained! Chef Telah is an entrepreneur, cooking instructor and holistic chef with more than 10 years of culinary experience. Growing up on an organic farm and guided in the kitchen by her French grandparents, Chef Telah learned the importance of cooking with whole foods at a young age. Today, Chef Telah runs her own plant-based food delivery and personal chef service operating under the “let thy food be thy medicine” mantra.
