Across four courses, you'll dive into the very best dishes of Thai culture led by Chef Telah in this hands-on cooking class. Explore the exciting flavors of traditional dishes using authentic cooking practices favored by locals. In this class, you'll explore favorites such as fresh Thai salad, sweet and savory coconut squash curry and fragrant and fluffy jasmine rice pilaf. For dessert, you'll enjoy a light and sweet coconut jasmine rice pudding.

Chef Telah was fun and informative! Her class kept me intrigued and entertained! Her knowledge and experience in the food industry was apparent but her fun and unique personality made the class enjoyable and memorable. Chef Telah is an entrepreneur, cooking instructor and holistic chef with more than 10 years of culinary experience. Growing up on an organic farm and guided in the kitchen by her French grandparents, Chef Telah learned the importance of cooking with whole foods at a young age. Today, Chef Telah runs her own plant-based food delivery and personal chef service operating under the “let thy food be thy medicine” mantra.
