Join Chef Ayesha as she guides you through the basics of Indian seafood favorites.
Learn the skills it takes to master authentic Indian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Across six courses, you'll cover the fundamentals of seafood classics with a variety of dishes including spicy shrimp coconut curry, a crunchy masala fish fry, fluffy basmati rice, sautéed organic okra stir-fried with exotic spices, and savory kachumbar (Indian salad) with garbanzo beans. For dessert, you'll whip up a sweet Sheera — a traditional semolina pudding — with almonds, raisins and aromatic spices.

Fantastic experience! Probably the most flavorful meal I've ever had
Born and raised in India, Chef Ayesha began learning traditional Indian home cooking at a young age.
