Learn how to master classic Indian dishes with the help of Chef Ayesha!
In this cooking class, you'll gain hands-on cooking experience across five courses of fragrant and heavily spiced dishes. Some of the meals you'll learn to prepare in this class include creamy chicken vindaloo, organic butternut squash sabzi, aromatic muttar basmati pilaf and a refreshing kidney bean kachumbar salad. Finish up with a classic Indian dessert — gajar ka halwa pudding with carrots, nuts, milk, cardamom and homemade ice cream.

Fantastic experience! Probably the most flavorful meal I've ever had
Born and raised in India, Chef Ayesha began learning traditional Indian home cooking at a young age.
