Join Chef Joey as you learn the basics of creating handmade gnocchi!
Starting from scratch, you'll create a three-course meal that everyone will love. First, you'll whip up a fresh and green spinach salad with candied walnuts, dried cherries, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette, topped with fried goat cheese. Next, you'll hand roll gnocchi topped with Chef Joey's signature sugo (Italian pasta sauce). For dessert, you'll prepare a seasonal chef's selection. Delizioso!

Chef Joey was amazing! So patient. Besides learning how to prepare the recipes, I learned so many hints and techniques. He is so pleasant to be with. It felt like we were with a friend just hanging out cooking! I highly recommend him!
