Southern favorites take a modern twist in this interactive cooking class!
Chef Soren will teach you how to turn classic Southern dishes into all new creations. You'll start by learning how to prepare a wild mushroom and gnocchi gratin and a sweet potato bisque with spicy crawfish. Your entrée is herb-crusted filet mignon with creamy grits, roasted Brussels sprouts and peppercorn-brandy sauce. White chocolate crème brûlée with cranberry compote and rosemary syrup finishes this savory Southern meal.

Chef Soren was great, meal was fantastic and the venue is special. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a great meal and learning a few new kitchen skills.
