Join Chef Alex for a journey into the world of gourmet seafood preparation in this lively cooking class!
You'll learn a variety of cooking techniques using top-quality ingredients. Start with authentic Thai-style steamed mussels with coconut milk, ginger, cilantro and lemongrass. Next, you'll prepare garlic-marinated shrimp with chili-lime dipping sauce and classic crab cakes with chimichurri aioli, panko and bell peppers. Tart and fluffy lemon meringue pie rounds out this seafood-inspired meal.

Chef Alex makes you feel as if you are a friend cooking with him at his kitchen. His personality was extremely professional, lively and entertaining. The class flowed naturally and all of the instructions were clear, easy to follow, all questions answered.
