Cooking Class: The World of Sushi

Join Chef Alejandro for a hands-on cooking class inspired by the traditional Japanese art of sushi preparation!

You'll begin by learning trade secrets for selecting the freshest fish for homemade sushi. This gourmet meal takes a modern spin with a multi-course menu of salmon sashimi, salmon nigiri and usuzukuri tilapia — a precise process of very thinly slicing fish. Dessert is the sweet and unique mochi with mango and strawberries.
