Old-world cuisine gets a new-world twist in this inventive take on a traditional Italian meal! In this exciting cooking class with Chef Dirk, you'll discover how modern classic Italian cooking can be.
You'll create classic antipasti, prepare fresh pasta with mushrooms and herbs served with a beef sauce, and cook up chicken piccata with pancetta and sautéed greens. End your lesson with grilled peaches served with mascarpone cream and fresh berries for a bit of dolce at the end of a bella notte!

We attended the Asian Fusion Cooking Challenge class with Chef Dirk. It was a fun experience with just the right mix of prepping, cooking and socializing with each other as we enjoyed the fruits of or labor. The food was delicious! We would definitely sign up for another event.

Chef Dirk has developed a passion for global cuisine through his world travels, which has taken him to more than 20 different countries. He is a classically-trained gourmet chef and hospitality manager who studied in his native Germany and has held positions at five-star restaurants during his extensive career. Chef Dirk's cumulative experiences in the culinary industry combine with his enthusiastic personality to create memorable learning experiences.
