The combined flavors and textures of Korean and Creole cuisines come to life in this cooking class with Chef Demeatrie. Using fresh ingredients to create bold flavor profiles, you'll create a meal like nothing you've ever tasted.
Start with spicy shrimp flavored with pickled radishes. Next, prepare a cucumber and collard green salad seasoned with red peppers. You'll then create a beer-battered catfish po'boy sandwich and finish up with sweet red bean beignets with the zing of lemon zest and chicory icing. It's a culinary festival for your senses!
