Cooking Class: Classic Flavors of Havana

A beautiful blend of culinary traditions merge for a classic Cuban meal you'll create in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Charles.

If you haven't experienced the lively flavors of Havana, this is your chance to explore across three courses!

First, you'll concoct refreshing mojitos using muddled mint and tangy lime juice. Then, create a sofrito shrimp martini before preparing your entrée of mojo chicken with black beans, rice and tostones. A decadent white chocolate bread pudding featuring brioche and crème anglaise closes out the class in sweet splendor.
