Prepare comfort food designed with your well-being in mind in this intriguing hands-on cooking class with Chef Tiffany.
Why choose healthy fare over flavorful food when you can have both? In this course, you'll create a three-course comfort food menu that features a roasted squash salad served with zucchini and Brussels sprouts and a chicken breast entrée surrounded by roasted carrots and healthy long-grain rice. And for a delicious dessert you'll feel good about, a baked stone fruit dish topped with a pecan oat crumble!

Roasted Squash Salad

We have thoroughly enjoyed Chef Tiffany! She has cooked at our home to celebrate family events and with friends. We have enjoyed planned plated meals and small (creative) appetizers, main course, and desserts. It’s wonderful to have her cook/clean up so we could enjoy our guests.
Chef Tiffany is an experienced chef, cooking instructor and caterer based in Indianapolis. She has extensive professional culinary experience, having worked in professional kitchens for over 10 years. She most recently worked as an executive chef at a renowned Indianapolis where she focused on bright, Latin American-inspired dishes and flavors. Now, Chef Tiffany runs a catering custom company and continues to teach hands-on cooking classes.
