Discover a recipe for a beloved steak variation served with a lovely array of other courses in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Tiffany.

Using fresh ingredients and a host of striking techniques, you'll learn to prepare a thin-cut steak and craft a sauce using mustard and wine, then flambé the dish to caramelize it to crisp, sweet perfection. The lesson also includes a cucumber wrap salad featuring tomatoes, prosciutto and almonds, a side of new potatoes and broccolini and a decadent crème brûlée that will send your spirit soaring.

We have thoroughly enjoyed Chef Tiffany! She has cooked at our home to celebrate family events and with friends. We have enjoyed planned plated meals and small (creative) appetizers, main course, and desserts. It’s wonderful to have her cook/clean up so we could enjoy our guests.
