In this hands-on class with Chef Djeff, you'll learn how to master the art of Caribbean dishes while learning new, professional cooking skills.
Explore the divine cuisine of Caribbean cooking across three courses that are perfect for any dinner party. First, you'll create perfectly seared scallops with corn purée, beet vinaigrette and wasabi gremolata. Next, you'll learn how to make fresh fish of the day paired with creamy corn risotto and tomato chutney. For dessert, rum and coconut flan with mango-strawberry salsa, and gingersnap crumble.

Chef Djeff is so knowledgeable and kind. She made the experience very personalized and educational. Not to mention, the food was so amazing! The flavor combinations were superb and unexpected. It was fun helping her in the kitchen. She gave us the option of watching only, but I wanted to be hands-on. Highly recommended!

She cooks all kinds of food 😍 my favorite is her steak, mash potatoes and asparagus and also the sweet/spicy ham with mash potatoes. But literally everything she cooks is AMAZING
