Join Chef Jordan for a master class in homemade yellow Thai curry perfectly accompanied by basmati rice, fresh herbs and vegetables.
Discover just how simple it is to master the complex flavors of curry right in your own kitchen. In this hands-on class, you'll follow along as Chef Jordan guides you through the steps of perfecting an authentic yellow Thai curry rounded out with coconut, eggplant, fresh basil, creamy potatoes and butternut squash. Then, you'll plate your curry with a side of fluffy basmati rice that sings with bright notes of fresh lime and lemongrass.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
