Explore the creamy and decadent plates of risotto across three courses of unique and exemplary dishes. Chef Blu will guide you through creating two different gourmet risottos using fresh ingredients and professional cooking techniques. You'll learn how to create a spicy and vibrant cajun shrimp risotto, and fragrant mushroom and cheese risotto. For dessert, you'll learn how to create homemade ice cream from scratch using organic eggs and cream.

Chef Blu was wonderful. It was just my wife and I that attended her class and it was a great experience. We did the Cajun cooking class and had some of the best food that we've ever tasted. Everything was organized and simple for us to understand — I wouldn't hesitate to book another class with Chef Blu and I highly recommend that you do too.
