Chef Daniel will guide you through the fundamentals to cooking healthier, diet-friendly meals. Across four-courses of Italian dishes, you'll whip up some of your favorites using organic, vegetarian ingredients. Start with a refreshing seasonal salad before preparing a creamy handmade tagliatelle cacio e pepe. You'll also learn how to master rich cannelloni di verdura with spinach, homemade ricotta and tomato sauce. For dessert, indulge with a decadent gluten-free flourless chocolate Italian cake.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!

Chef Daniel hails from Argentina, a country known for its vibrant blend of cultures. He’s lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years, exploring a rich diversity of cuisines that informs his ingredients and techniques on a daily basis. Chef Daniel aims to teach his students the fundamentals of cooking, in hopes that they will one day grow beyond his recipes to discover a culinary world all their own.
