Mediterranean cuisine goes vegetarian in this hands-on cooking class. Join Chef Daniel as he teaches you advanced cooking techniques and methods you can use in your own kitchen. 


Chef Daniel will have a divine eggplant "caviar" tartelette appetizer already prepared for you to prepare your palate for elegant eats. You can enjoy this as you prepare a hearty Mediterranean bean soup. Your entrée is a savory vegetarian moussaka and dessert is a fresh apple tart filled with the aromas of cinnamon and sugar.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!

He really explained really good all the steps and you could see everything he was doing perfectly. The result was delicious!
