Cooking Class: French and Italian Pasta Meal
Chef Daniel covers cooking fundamentals and culinary presentation in this fun hands-on cooking class. You'll learn how to make fresh pasta dough and shape it into cappelletti pasta that will be served with chicken, ricotta and Bolognese sauce. You'll then enjoy an insalata bianca with fennel, radishes and Belgian endives. A rustic crostata a la mandorla — an Italian almond tart — makes a sweet ending to the meal.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!

Chef Daniel hails from Argentina, a country known for its vibrant blend of cultures. He’s lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years, exploring a rich diversity of cuisines that informs his ingredients and techniques on a daily basis. Chef Daniel aims to teach his students the fundamentals of cooking, in hopes that they will one day grow beyond his recipes to discover a culinary world all their own.Â
