You'll prepare a four-course meal beginning with a caprese salad with balsamic gastrique and a kale quinoa salad studded with fresh berries and drizzled with lemon dressing. Then it's on to the main dish: Lamb chops cooked to perfection, served with fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprouts. And all roads lead to dessert, a spectacular homemade cheesecake topped with seasonal berries.

What a great experience! Chef was a great teacher, extremely proficient, and (most importantly) warm, friendly company. Entire meal was so delicious with fresh, quality ingredients, and taste to rival some of the best restaurants we’ve been to.
Born near the Mediterranean Sea, Chef Ali was inspired by the fresh seafood available off the coast. He attended culinary school in Turkey before working for a cruise line, where he explored cuisines from all over the world. Chef Ali later relocated to New Jersey and opened an Italian restaurant. From there, he decided to pursue his interest in fresh Californian ingredients and moved west to Napa, where he opened a farm-to-table eatery. Today, Chef Ali teaches cooking classes in the Bay Area.
