If you've only used your air fryer for basic recipes, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Yolanda is a perfect opportunity to learn how much you can do with it. Healthy, lighter fare with a hearty helping of flavor is yours for the tasting!

Begin your lesson with seafood-stuffed mushrooms and fried asparagus before preparing the main dish: Cornish game hen glistening with tangy orange glaze. A healthful dessert of baked apples seasoned with cinnamon and filled with candied pecans and rum raisins closes out your lesson in delicious fashion.

Had a wonderful time trying the dishes of Chef Yolanda. She has so much experience from working at restaurants, clubs and schools across the city and shared that during the class. Her specialty is healthy cooking, and it showed. The "keto" bacon meatloaf was full of flavor (who doesn't love bacon?). My favorite was the "air fried" seafood stuffed mushrooms. Perfectly prepared and cheesiness from provel gave them a St. Louis twist. Would love to try more of her creations.
