Plant-based cooking doesn't have to be boring. Join Chef Charles on a whole food adventure as he teaches simple ways to add more vegetables and healthy ingredients to your meals. You'll learn how to prepare a traditional Pajeon vegetable flatbread with herbs, tomatoes and scallions. Next up is pappardelle pasta with vegan sausage, Brussels sprouts and garlic. For dessert, you'll make vegan carrot cake bites with almond butter, maple syrup, coconut flakes and cinnamon.

Chef Charles earned his degree from the Culinary Institute of America before going on to gain two decades of professional culinary experience. Over the past eight years, he has worked as an executive chef in Washington, D.C. while also acting as an adjunct professor of culinary arts at Montgomery College. Chef Charles also volunteers with a nonprofit program that teaches culinary skills to at-risk youth.
