In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Shan will guide you through the basics of traditional Indian cuisine. First, you'll start with a creamy chicken masala or fragrant curry paired with rich and spicy potatoes. Then, you'll learn how to master the art of rice pulao with onions and whole spices; an Indian dinner table staple. End dinner with a sweet and traditional halva, a popular pudding favorite among locals.

Chef Shan was incredible! She was hospitable, kind, personable and taught my wife and I tons about the food, food prep, and culture. It was a wonderful outing, great for a date night or celebration and we will definitely take another class again!

Chef San was great. She invited us welcomingly into her home and taught us several dishes, while also sharing stories from her upbringing. If you are interested in or enjoy Indian food, would highly recommend!
