Cooking Class: Organic Vegan Dishes
Start eating healthier with vegan dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Megan.
Ditch the meat and open your mind and stomach to healthy vegan cuisine. Across four courses, you'll learn how to prepare a variety of fresh meals, including roasted eggplant baba ghanoush with toasted pita, refreshing spiralized zucchini noodles with walnut basil pesto and a hearty millet vegetable burger with sweet potatoes, beans, pumpkin seeds and cumin. For dessert, you'll learn how to prepare gooey magic date balls with coconut and nuts.

Great experience. Highly recommend whether you’re vegan or not Chef Megan is fantastic at giving tips for healthy eating. This class is a fantastic combination of food, culinary skills and fellowship.
