Join Chef Sharon on an island-inspired menu filled with the flavors, fruits and tropical ingredients of the Caribbean.
She'll share her techniques for creating new flavor combinations as you learn how to prepare a black bean cream soup with avocado and cheese sauce. Next up are seafood and plantain tostadas with avocado, spicy aioli, shrimp and white fish. Mix up a fresh citrus salad with homemade ricotta, oranges, grapefruit and honey-balsamic vinaigrette. Enjoy eggless coconut flan with green mango confit and passionfruit granita for dessert.

Great experience, definitely recommended if you have little to no experience cooking, or skills in cooking, Chef Sharon works with each of the people to get the most out of the experience as possible. 100% recommend, and if I'm looking for something like this again will most likely book this Chef again.
