Cooking Class: Italian Risotto Three-Course Meal

Take your love of lobster to a new level in this hands-on cooking class. 


Chef Samantha will guide you through a three-course Italian menu as she shares tips and techniques to use in your own kitchen. You'll begin with an appetizer of antipasto salad topped with buttery bocconcini. Next up is lobster risotto served with savory arborio rice. End the evening by taking a torch to a sweet crème brûlée.
