She'll teach you how to bring out the soul and fresh flavors of traditional Southern favorites. You'll learn how to brine a chicken, soak it in a buttermilk bath and fry it to a golden finish. Fluffy garlic mashed potatoes and glazed carrots make savory sides. Flaky cherry hand pies give an Americana nod to the meal.

I still don’t know how to pronounce gnocchi but, it sure was a fun learning experience! I look forward to taking more classes with Rose. She’s a hoot!
