Cooking Class: Fruits of Tuscany Three-Course Meal

You'll learn the art and simplicity of Italian cuisine as you prepare a three-course menu. The meal begins with a fresh arugula, fennel and orange salad paired with a citrus fennel dressing. The main entrée is chicken with artichokes, lemons and green olives. A chocolate hazelnut torte with a golden pine nut shell is the sweet ending to this Tuscan meal.
