You won't need your passport to explore Spain's favorite dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rose.
First, Chef Rose will teach you how to prepare an authentic and rich potato torta with a crisp outer layer. Next, you'll move on to creating a classic and hearty paella which includes parellada paella; a Valenciana twist on the infamous dish with a rich history. For dessert, you'll finish with a creamy and sticky caramel flan.
