You'll learn how to master two plentiful and organic salads starting with a fresh Oregon shrimp salad with juicy heirloom tomatoes and crunchy croissant croutons. Next, you'll learn how to create a traditional blistered grape tomato salad with unique black Chinese vinegar, frisĂ©e and manchego cheese. I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!
