You won't need a passport to master authentic Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Patrick!
Across three courses, you'll learn the fundamentals of traditional Italian dishes authentic to the region. You'll learn how to master a creamy and hearty bowl of pasta carbonara with a 63-degree egg, bacon and fresh pasta. Then, you'll dive into the art of fresh-made Mozzarella served with garden-fresh tomatoes. Add a sweet finish to your meal with zabaglione with berries.

I learned so much from Chef Patrick in our short amount of time together, from how to make fresh mozzarella to the best way to cut fish. He was an excellent instructor, answering questions in detail and with enthusiasm. Every dish was delicious and beautifully executed. Highly recommended.
