Cooking Class: Lobsterpalooza

Lobster doesn't have to be a difficult dish to prepare, as proven in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Michael. You'll learn a workable technique for creating this seafood favorite that will change your mind about this gourmet delicacy!


Start by preparing a refreshing strawberry salad featuring fresh greens, apples and toasted walnuts and risotto with sautéed asparagus. Then comes the piece de resistance: Roasted lobster tail, seasoned with fresh herbs. And don't skimp on dessert...a tiramisu with handmade ladyfingers, mascarpone and rum should do the trick.
