You're in for a carnival of flavor when you join Chef Manuel for a hands-on cooking class that brings Mexican street food favorites to the table! This menu of classics prepared with a focus on authenticity is a perfect celebration of taste, texture and tradition.
Start with esquites, a corn salad prepared using beloved Mexican street corn, and learn to prepare tacos carnitas with savory shredded pork and zesty rice and beans. And because a festival this flavorful can only end on a sweet note, create crispy, sugary, melt-in-your mouth cinnamon churros.

Excellent experience!
An experienced chef with many years of expertise in the kitchen, Chef Manuel's background goes far beyond simply cooking. With experience as a culinary mentor and recipe creator, Chef Manuel also offers experience teaching others about the cultures and customs of the states of the Mexican Republic, where he spent time mastering traditional Mexican cuisines.
