You'll begin with rigatoni Bolognese made from scratch, dressed with a grass-fed beef sauce and a rainbow of fresh tomatoes. Then, you'll prepare chicken saltimbocca with prosciutto and a garlicky sautéed rapini topped with Parmesan. And for dessert, enjoy the delicate indulgence of seasonal fruit crostatas, a humble classic created in gourmet style.

Chef Thomas was very welcoming and personable! We definitely feel confident that we could recreate these recipes at home, whereas before we probably would have assumed they were outside our capability.
