Discover a world of pizza outside of plain tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni. With Chef Adam as your guide, you'll discover how to incorporate a variety of fresh ingredients to build a grilled artisan pizza pie with personal touches.
This exciting cooking class begins with choosing the flavor of your dough, from herb or garlic infused, classic or wheat dough. After rolling out and cooking your dough on a flattop grill, you'll top it with a plethora of ingredients, from caramelized onions and roasted peppers to basil, cilantro or dill, and cheese such as fresh mozzarella or goat cheese. You can even take it up a notch with cured lox or prosciutto. There's truly no limit to what you can create!

Homemade Pizza Dough
Choose from herb, garlic, plain or wheat dough
Vegetable Toppings
Includes caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, roasted peppers and corn
Herb Toppings
Includes basil, thyme, cilantro, oregano, dill and tarragon
Variety of Cheeses
Includes fontina, fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, gorgonzola, Parmesan-Reggiano and feta
Meat Toppings
Includes cured lox, grilled chicken, prosciutto and artisan sausage

My boyfriend and I showed up for this event and no one was there from Golden Apron. No one sent any communication about the event not taking place, and no one has responded yet about refunding our money. We were so disappointed to drive an hour from our house out to the vineyard to have no one show up and to not have our date night.
Chef Adam is an incredibly talented chef with an extensive culinary career that runs wide and deep, having worked as a corporate chef, executive chef, owning a catering company, and more. Chef Adam has led cooking demonstrations and taught a variety of cooking classes to small and large groups spanning multiple cuisines. He is excited to share his culinary passion and vast knowledge of all things food related with you.
