Cooking Class: Traditional Korean Dinner
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Fumiko, you'll learn fundamental skills to create an array of traditional Korean cuisine.
Chef Fumiko will begin with a light and spicy tofu and chicken soup garnished with savory mushrooms. For your main course, you'll learn how to create a trendy bibimbap bowl filled with a delectable variety of foods, including egg, spinach, bean sprouts, daikon, garlic and sesame oil. You'll also learn to make a refreshing cucumber salad to pair with your entrée.

Amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone. Chef Fumiko was very knowledgeable and made the process so easy. The sushi and Miso soup was amazing, and made learning about the history of sushi so fun. We will be trying our hand at this at home and hopefully make it a monthly tradition. Thank you Chef Funiko!

Educated at the Tokyo Sushi Academy, Japan native Chef Fumiko is a professional sushi chef and certified sake sommelier who creates healthy Asian-style fare. She believes anyone who's willing to work at it can learn to cook amazing food and invites you to elevate your skills and your knowledge of Asian cuisine with her informative classes!
