Your lesson begins with a traditional miso soup as Chef Fumiko shares the essentials for balancing ingredients for flavor and texture to perfectly execute a hearty tuna and shrimp roll, a Seattle roll with savory smoked salmon and a cucumber roll with silky cream cheese. For those who follow a plant-based diet, vegetarian substitutions can be made.

Amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone. Chef Fumiko was very knowledgeable and made the process so easy. The sushi and Miso soup was amazing, and made learning about the history of sushi so fun. We will be trying our hand at this at home and hopefully make it a monthly tradition. Thank you Chef Funiko!

This was such a fun class! I learned so much about how to make sushi at home and Chef Fumiko gave really easy direction to make it yourself. Would highly recommend this class to family and friends.
