Cooking Class: Make Pasta From the Italian Seaside
In this in-person cooking class, Chef Luca will teach you how to prepare a four-course Italian seafood menu using fresh seafood, homemade pasta and traditional techniques. You'll start by mastering smoked salmon rolls with homemade ricotta and fresh herbs. Next is homemade tagliatelle pasta with lobster cream sauce and drunken scampi with cherry tomatoes, onions and rum. Then, make delicious ravioli with tilapia and ricotta. For dessert, you'll whip up a decadent chocolate cream.

My husband and I had SO much fun with Chef Luca! The experience of learning to cook all the exciting dishes in a fun environment was unforgettable. Chef Luca’s personality will set you at ease right away and keep you laughing the whole night. On top of that, the food was wonderful! We can’t wait to try to recreate our dishes at home with friends! We will definitely be booking a lesson with Chef Luca again in the future.

Chef Luca was high energy and so much fun!!! We laughed all night as he prepared our amazingly delicious meal. He came with chopped, diced and grated ingredients so the course didn’t last 3 hours. However he shared every ingredient with us and the story behind each dish. We were hands on making and rolling the pasta but Lucas prepared all the other dishes, which was totally ok with me. Everything he made was with fresh ingredients and tasted incredible. This is a perfect class to sit back, ask questions and eat ALOT of amazing food, so make sure you are hungry!!!!! Thank you for a great night Chef Luca!!!!

After honing his craft in Italy and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, he relocated to Atlanta, where he found great success as a personal and private chef.
