Cooking Class: Steak Night

Chef Molly will guide you through a variety of classic steakhouse dishes in this hands-on cooking class. 


In this class, you'll learn the basics of steakhouse cuisine and how to prepare a decadent dinner from the comforts of your own home. Begin with a fresh simple mixed greens salad before moving on to mastering a perfectly seared filet mignon drizzled with cognac sauce. For your side, you'll prepare traditional crispy steakhouse potatoes with butter and sea salt. Indulge in a rich dark chocolate and orange pot de creme for dessert.

Simple Mixed Greens Salad With Sherry Vinaigrette

Seared Filet Mignon With Cognac Sauce 

With shallots, herbs, beef stock and butter


Crispy Steakhouse Potatoes
