Enjoy a lesson in the beloved tradition of dim sum in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Molly. You’ll master the art of homemade dumplings and even create a special dessert just for the occasion!
First, you’ll create two types of dumplings, a soup dumpling filled with pork and shrimp and an authentic shu mai dumpling filled with cabbage and scallions. Then, you’ll prepare sesame oil stir-fried spinach seasoned with soy sauce and garlic. Raspberry cheesecake wontons await you like a sweet surprise at the end of this savory feast.

With pork stock, green onion, garlic, sesame and soy sauce
Chicken Shu Mai Dumplings
With garlic, cabbage, scallions and ginger
Sesame Stir Fried Spinach
With sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce and garlic
Raspberry Cheesecake Wontons
With cream cheese, sugar, egg, raspberries and lemon juice
