Learn to combine complementary plant-forward tastes and textures as you prepare four refined vegetarian recipes using fresh, high-quality ingredients that can be readily found at your local grocery store in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kathy. 


You’ll create a citrusy salad featuring Brussels sprouts and kale, a spicy cauliflower and garbanzo bean dish with vibrant herbs and tahini sauce, and roasted vegetable steaks prepared with black beans and topped with a creamy avocado sauce. Finish things off with a raw key lime pie made with avocado for a zesty, healthful dessert.

Chef Kathy was great. We had a fabulous time. She was well prepared and very detailed with her instructions. The food was fantastic and we had a great time.
