perfect puff pastry that cradles juicy steak and a mushroom and chestnut
duxelle, all baked to perfection. Then, prepare a zesty horseradish mash with
roasted garlic and cream and a wilted greens dish you'll savor.

Highly recommended! Jane helped us make beef wellington and explained the whole process. She definitely knows how to run a kitchen - nothing felt rushed, but all courses were ready simultaneously.
