Cooking Class: Classic Indonesian Dishes

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Titik, you'll learn how to prepare an impressive five-course Indonesian spread, authentic to the country. 


First, you'll start with a healthy sayur urap Indonesian salad with shredded coconut, and bold shrimp and potato in balado sauce. Then, you'll learn how to make a spicy and hearty beef rendang, a classic beef stew, paired with a fragrant nasi kuning yellow rice with lemongrass and coconut milk. End class with an exotic Indonesian bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and brioche.

Beef Rendang
