You don't have to go all the way to NYC to enjoy the best of Little Italy's eateries. In this in-person cooking class, Chef Jason will teach you how to prepare a four-course meal inspired by Little Italy's best restaurants. Italian-American recipes you'll be preparing include a colorful New York-style Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, prime-cut New York strip steak and a savory chicken francese with lemons, organic broth and white wine. Chocolate chip brownies with homemade vanilla bean ice cream follows for dessert.

New York Style Caprese Salad
With tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, lemon, balsamic and olive oil
Prime Cut New York Style Steak
With olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic
New York Style Chicken Francese
With organic chicken breast, eggs, lemon, organic broth and white wine
Chocolate Chip Brownie
With homemade vanilla bean ice cream
