Cooking Class: Bring Danish-Style Comfort Food Home

Enjoy a lesson in comforting Danish cuisine as you learn about the tradition of hygge.

“'Hygge is a Danish concept that loosely translates to being cozy,” says Chef Daniel. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll discover how this translates to cooking with a three-course menu of savory, satisfying dishes that are perfect for a warm and comfortable night in.

Being with crisp buttermilk fritters with goat cheese and cured ham, and a beet salad topped with baby kale, pickled shallot and toasted hazelnuts. And at the center of this feast, a baked seasonal fish served with sausage, olives and cauliflower purée.
