Cooking Class: Gnocchi and Sauces
A unique Italian favorite and a collection of sauces that will top it to perfection!
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Landi, you’ll learn the technique for making gnocchi from scratch and prepare a trio of delicious sauces in the culinary tradition of sun-soaked southern Italy.
You’ll make a perfect potato dough before learning the proper way to cut and cook it into authentic gnocchi. Then, you’ll create a fresh caprese salad and Bolognese to top your gnocchi. Your lesson finishes up with a silky vanilla crème brûlée.

Chef Landi’s class was wonderful! We had an absolutely great evening. He’s an excellent chef and host and really made it a memorable evening. We will be rebooking with him again sometime soon!

Chef Landi began his culinary career many decades ago as a restaurant server in Italy. His passion for food led to a career with rapid growth as he quickly became confident in the kitchen, learning classical Italian culinary training. Upon relocating to the U.S. in 2001, Chef Landi channeled his culinary passions and valuable skills into a profession of culinary instruction. A highly-respected chef and instructor, Chef Landi is certainly someone to learn from.
