Bring the fresh flavors of Italian seafood to life with recipes that are delicious and easy to create. Let Chef Landi guide you through a four-course menu that's simple yet elevated in this hands-on cooking class.
First, you'll learn how to create a classic tomato bruschetta and a creamy batch of mushroom soup. Then, prepare fresh fettuccini pasta with steamed clams, mussels, shrimp and calamari, with your choice of a red tomato or white wine sauce. You'll end on a sweet note with handmade crĂŞpes. A satisfying in-person cooking experience from start to finish!

Classic Tomato Bruschetta
With Italian crostini, diced tomatoes, basil and sweet balsamic reduction
Creamy Mushroom Soup
With sautéed mushrooms, truffle oil, croutons and Parmesan cheese
Homemade Seafood Fettuccini Pasta
With clams, mussels, shrimp and calamari. Choice of red or white sauce.
French Style CrĂŞpes
With Nutella, ice cream, chocolate, fresh strawberries and powdered sugar

Chef Landi began his culinary career many decades ago as a restaurant server in Italy. His passion for food led to a career with rapid growth as he quickly became confident in the kitchen, learning classical Italian culinary training. Upon relocating to the U.S. in 2001, Chef Landi channeled his culinary passions and valuable skills into a profession of culinary instruction. A highly-respected chef and instructor, Chef Landi is certainly someone to learn from.
