Discover authentic Mexican cooking styles and techniques in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joaselyn.
Begin with a refreshing shrimp ceviche tossed with onion, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, lime juice and tostadas. Next, you'll make an earthy and rich quesadilla de hongos with an abundance of mushrooms, cheese, herbs and serrano peppers with every bite. Chef Joaselyn will also teach you how to prepare savory bisteces a la veracruzana made with skirt steak and thick red Mexican sauce. For dessert, a traditional silky flan made will be served.

Chef Joaselyn was terrific and we had an extraordinary time with her. She made it such a fun experience, we learned so much about cooking, and the tapas were excellent! Highly recommend this experience. And I have no doubt that any class Chef Joaselyn leads would be an excellent experience.
Chef Joaselyn has spent her career as a professional chef immersed in the culinary world and has loved every minute! She studied at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, devoting her downtime to teaching culinary classes for continuing education students and has also hosted cooking-themed team building classes in Mexico.
